Mitch Marczewski

Mitch Marczewski joined the board of Stand with Cops in 2021.

Starting out at a young age knocking on doors for his dad’s city council campaign in his hometown of Zanesville, Ohio, Mitch began his career in politics as a page in the Ohio House and spent many years working for a major political media company. Transitioning out of politics, he went to seminary and became a pastor at his local church in Newark, Ohio for a number of years. Now a project manager at RevLocal, a digital marketing company in Granville, Ohio, Mitch continues to support the ideals of justice and the American way through supporting Stand with Cops and consulting on local races. He resides in Newark, Ohio with his beautiful wife and three kids, and continues to actively teach, preach, and serve in his local church.


Dave Reichert

Board Member, Stand with Cops

Former Congressman and King County Sheriff Dave Reichert has served the public for nearly 50 years.

Dave served fourteen years as a member of the United States Congress representing Washington State’s 8th Congressional District (2005 - 2018). While in Congress, Dave was a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Trade. Earlier in his congressional career, Dave was a member of the House Homeland Security Committee and Chaired the Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness. 

Dave began his public service career as a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves before joining the King County Sheriff’s Office. His 33-year law enforcement career at the King County Sheriff’s Office culminated in Dave’s service as the elected sheriff, leading the 1,100-person organization for eight years. For a significant portion of his law enforcement career, he worked as the lead investigator on the Green River serial killer case in which 49 young women were murdered during the 1980s – the most prolific serial murder case in U.S. history. While serving as Sheriff, Dave reopened the investigation in 2001, allowing advances in DNA technology to identify the killer and solve the case.

While Sheriff, Dave established himself as a leading voice against domestic violence. In 2004, he received the prestigious National Sheriffs’ Association’s “Sheriff of the Year” award. He is a two-time Medal of Valor Award recipient from the King County Sheriff’s Office and was honored with the Washington Policy Center’s Champion of Freedom Award.

Dave and his wife Julie live in Auburn, Washington. They have three grown children and six grandchildren.

Rachel Citak

Board Member, Stand with Cops

Rachel Citak is a Cincinnati-based attorney born and raised in the Queen City. A Xavier University alum as well as a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, she and her husband Rob are law school sweethearts who own and operate Rachel R. Citak, Attorney at Law LLC, servicing Ohio and Kentucky clients. In joining the Stand With Cops board, she brings extensive experience from her years of legal education in Criminal Law and prosecution, as well as a career at the state capital as in-house counsel and lobbyist. She has testified and successfully engaged in arguments in State House and Senate Committee hearings on a variety of legal policies such as Human Trafficking prevention. Since being invited to the Cincinnati Enquirer Board of Contributors, her op-Eds have brought unique legal and cultural perspective to conservative issues, and she looks forward to the opportunity to encourage others to Stand With Cops.
